Stay at The Crossing

The Crossing at Ghost River made for a perfect weekend getaway, with only a short drive from the city. Highlight of the weekend was the food - 5 star meals that the whole family raved about. They went above and beyond to accommodate for Celiac (gluten free), which was such a treat. Our room was clean, and the staff went out of their way to make sure our weekend was relaxing and hassle free. Great firepit (a short walk) down by the river. Common spaces located around the resort to share some laughs, play games, or read a book. Highly recommend.

Yes, yes, yes! Experience of a lifetime at this location! I was greeted by a super friendly lady and she showed me my room & gave me all the info about the resort. The kitchen staff and waiters are top class as well as they were always there to greet me and to provide delicious food and deserts. The room I stayed in was cleaner than in a 5-star hotel in a major city. The beds are super comfortable and there are extra blankets and pillows available if needed. The bathroom was stunning and super clean. There is not one spot on the shower curtains or walls! The resort has access to the river where you can have a campfire or where you can take a dip in the cold water. Lots of space to walk or just to sit among the trees. This place is a true gem in the area and definitely worth a visit! Highly recommended. This place deserves more than 5 stars!

The Crossing at Ghost River is the perfect spot for a getaway. I have been here for meetings but our personal weekend away was just what we needed! It is peaceful to walk to the river, enjoy a campfire, or relax with a good book. It is so quiet and the rooms are very comfortable. The food is absolutely amazing, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our weekend away was perfect! It is also a short drive to the mountains if you want to go hiking. We would definitely recommend the Crossing at Ghost River.

My husband and I a spent a few days over New Year here at this exquisite place which is a perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate.The house is very comfortable and inviting, wonderfully decorated with attention to detail and the staff were outstanding, taking care of our every need, the food was world class and the grounds are stunning nestled in the foothills. We lit a wood burning fireplace every evening and relaxed with our feet up. The drive into Cochrane is not too far and the wolf dog sanctuary is a short drive away. We highly recommend this hidden gem for any event your planning. You won’t want to leave, we certainly didn’t. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Absolutely a beautiful place. The accommodations were roomy, clean and relaxing. 5 star Chef quality food, amazing Sous Chef. Such fantastic staff who were always available and helpful. We stayed 5 nights and already booked for another visit later this year! Make sure to walk down to the river!

Incredible hospitality at a beautiful location. The food was delicious. Dinner & Breakfast were both amazing with options available for my wife who is gluten and dairy free. Would highly recommend for a quiet getaway with loved ones.

Excellent location with beautiful views. Some of the most incredible meals and service. All of the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Kid and dog friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the room was very clean. Would 100% go back!
