Melchu hails from the queen city of the south “Cebu” in the Philippines. Coming from a family of cooks and a city full of rich and vibrant food culture, she was inspired to pursue her passion for cooking. When Melchu moved to Canada, she continued to refine her culinary talent working in a variety of well known hotels and restaurants. Being part of a culinary team, she prides herself in preparing wonderful and tasty food, all with a smile on her face.
