Single Day Events
All of our indoor and outdoor venues are available to book individually for single-day (non-overnight) use for up to 60 people, with the option to book out the whole property for your exclusive use.
Overnight All-Inclusive Packages
For multi-day events or overnight use, we are pleased to offer all-inclusive packages including on-site dining and accommodation for up to 50 people, with the option to book out the whole property.
DEERE HOUSE
Traditional Meeting Room
A traditional-style meeting and event space within Deere House, featuring large windows and french doors, and a charming wood-burning fireplace. Deere House also features a large sun deck, lounge with pool and ping pong tables, plus 10 comfortable bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms.

Pine Loft is a rustic barn-style loft featuring soaring ceilings, large windows, and double doors leading to a large sun deck, plus an entrance area for guest registration or refreshments, and a cozy lounge with a wood-burning fireplace. This is our largest indoor event venue.

RIVER HOUSE
Unique Outdoor Pavilion
River House is a seasonal screened pavilion overlooking the banks of the Ghost River, with 360 degree views of nature, plus a large river rock fireplace and outdoor fire pit. While River House does not have A/V of Wifi capabilities, it is certainly the most inspirational of our event spaces.
